The New Leader Program is the orientation program for new administrators and new administrative directors of nursing services (ADNSs).  Administrators and ADNSs are introduced to company philosophy, executives and programs during a four-day seminar in Toledo.  The content of the program includes key topics in human resources, marketing, legal, clinical care, medical direction, pharmacy, customer service, financial performance, reimbursement, government relations and leadership.
