This training program consists of both “classroom” and experiential preparation totaling approximately 150 hours over a six-month period during your workday. You’ll attend training at your center, as well as at our corporate headquarters and at continuing education events. This comprehensive training provides you with the skills necessary to be considered for a DOR position at one of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. It will also help you fine-tune your leadership skills, and give you the confidence and skills you need to advance. To see if you’re eligible to participate, contact your Director of Rehabilitation.
