Words of Appreciation

Every day, our centers and hospice and home care agencies receive thanks for the care they have provided to loved ones.  Many say they don't have the words to describe their appreciation and simply say, "Thanks."  Below is a letter from the daughter of a resident at Heartland Health Care Center – Boynton Beach, Florida in appreciation of the care provided to her mother.

Thank you so much for your wonderful care of my mom, Geneva.  I never had to worry about her comfort and safety when she was there.  My brother came in to see her there for the first time in May, and he left impressed with how well cared for she was.  My sister came the weekend before she died and was comforted by your nursing staff.  I never felt I needed to correct anything; she was always clean and at peace!

You do a good service for dementia patients and their families, and I have been a blessed recipient of that service.  Thank you so much.
