Words of Appreciation

Every day, our centers and hospice and home care agencies receive thanks for the care they have provided to loved ones.  Many say they don't have the words to describe their appreciation and simply say, "Thanks."  Below is a letter from the daughter of a resident at Arden Courts of Winter Springs, Florida in appreciation of the care provided to her mother.

I wanted to thank you for the beautiful flowers you sent for my mother’s memorial service.  It meant a lot.

I also wanted to thank everyone who gave mom the wonderful care she received during the six years she spent at Arden Courts.  She was so happy there.  She felt at home; safe and well cared for.  You treated her with love and tenderness.  You made her final years good ones.  I will be forever grateful.

At a future time, I am going to present your facility with a gift of one of her paintings.  I know she would want you to have it.  You were all family to her.

Thank you again from a very grateful daughter.
