Welcome to Heartland Health Care and Rehabilitation Center of Boca Raton, conveniently located between Boca Raton's two main hospitals. Physical, occupational and speech therapy are provided by our distinctive in-house team as we are considered a premier rehabilitation provider by the area orthopedic surgeons. The facility provides skilled nursing by a dedicated staff. Heartland features two dining rooms, an enclosed courtyard and beautifully landscaped grounds. Respite care and long-term care are also provided.
