Heartland Health Care Center - Kalamazoo is a proven leader in skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Heartland provides a wide range of comprehensive medical services. We provide 24-hour nursing care as well as physical, occupational and speech therapy service to a broad spectrum of patients. In addition to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, we offer therapeutic recreation and social activities.
