Heartland is just outside of Lancaster in Pleasantville, about 10 minutes from Fairfield Medical Center and 20 minutes from Mount Carmel East Hospital. Heartland is a proven leader in skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Heartland provides a wide range of comprehensive medical services including 24-hour nursing care and physical, occupational and speech therapy to a broad spectrum of patients. In addition to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, we offer therapeutic recreation and social activities. Our Arcadia Secured Alzheimer's Unit offers a safe and supportive environment for patient’s with Alzheimer’s or related dementias.
