ManorCare Health Services - Bethlehem 2021 is a proven leader in skilled nursing and rehabilitation, located on Westgate Drive at the corner of Catasauqua Road, minutes from Lehigh Valley Health Network-Muhlenberg and St. Luke’s Hospital Bethlehem. ManorCare provides a wide range of comprehensive medical services including 24-hour nursing care and physical, occupational and speech therapy service to a broad spectrum of patients. In addition to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, we offer therapeutic recreation and social activities.

The majority of our rehabilitation patients return home to lead productive lives, however for patients looking for long-term care, our professional staff provides comprehensive health care around-the-clock in a safe and comfortable environment.

Whether recovering after accident, illness or injury, our MedBridge Unit is designed with the short-term patient in mind. We offer an outcome-based rehabilitation program with an interdisciplinary team focused on returning patients to an independent lifestyle. This unit includes semi-private rooms with local phone service and flat-screen televisions with cable. WiFi is available throughout most of the center. In our therapy gyms patients participate in a rehabilitation program alongside others who share their same goals of returning home or to another community setting. MedBridge is designed to transition patients from hospital to home; so individuals and families can feel confident that they can manage their care at discharge.
