ManorCare Health Services - Boca Raton is a proven leader in returning patients home. We provide post acute nursing and rehabilitation services. ManorCare combines nursing and rehabilitation services that includes professional licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. In addition to these services, we also offer therapeutic recreation and social activities. During a patient’s stay at our center we offer many activities to promote health and healing. ManorCare has a Subacute Weekend Integrated Functional Treatment (SWIFT) service designed to provide a comprehensive approach to a patient’s post-hospital rehabilitation experience and smooth the transition back home. The majority of our rehabilitation patients’ return home to lead productive lives, however for patients looking for long-term care, our professional staff provides comprehensive health care around-the-clock. In addition, our Thalia special care unit offers a safe and supportive environment for patient’s with Alzheimer’s or related dementias.

ManorCare is conveniently located on Yamato Road East from I-95 in the heart of Boca Raton. We are within a 6 miles radius of Boca Raton Community Hospital, Delray Medical Center and West Boca Medical Center.
