Heartland of Woodridge is a proven leader in skilled nursing and rehabilitation, located near Route 4 and 275, just minutes from Mercy Fairfield. Heartland provides a wide range of comprehensive medical services including 24-hour nursing care and physical, occupational and speech therapy to a broad spectrum of patients. In addition to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, we offer therapeutic recreation and social activities.
