Welcome to Heartland Health Care Center - Dorvin. Our staff is committed to the quality of care of each of our residents. Heartland provides 24-hour nursing care, rehabilitative therapies and a variety of lifestyle and medical management programs to maximize our residents' personal independence and quality of life. Residents can enjoy nutritious, delicious meals supervised by a registered dietitian. Meals can be enjoyed in one of two dining rooms and accommodations are made for special diets or guests. Dorvin specializes in post-acute rehabilitation and for patients needing trach care, IV therapy, wound care, post-surgery care, stroke care or cardiac recovery care. While healing the body, we strive to take care of our patients mind by offering recreation therapy, pet therapy and community re-intergration programs.
