Welcome to Heartland Health Care Center - Dearborn Heights, located just west of Beech Daly on the south side of Ford Street. Heartland was designed to provide a warm and home-like environment for our residents. Our large lounge area provides plenty of space for relaxing, participating in a wide variety of activities or visiting with friends and family. We encourage pets and children to visit and our visiting hours are flexible to meet your schedule. We have more than 30 years of experience in providing skilled nursing care. In addition, we provide day care services and respite care for those needing a break from caregivng.

We offer a wide range of amenities including scheduled daily activities and a secured outdoor courtyard. Our new rehabilitation area provides physical, occupational and speech therapies for patients recovering from illness, injury or surgery. Our in-house therapists provide rehab services with excellent results in returning patients back to the community to live productive lives. Heartland accepts Medicare, most insurance providers, private payment and Medicaid.
