Welcome to ManorCare Health Services - West Reading North, conveniently located on the perimeter of the city, and close to Reading Hospital and St. Joe's Medical Center.  ManorCare provides skilled nursing, complex medical care and rehabilitation services.  Our 32-bed short-term rehabilitation unit provides care for those transitioning from hospital to home after an injury, surgery or illness.  Our rehabilitation team consists of physical, speech and occupational therapists to meet the health care needs of our patients. 

Our 24-bed Arcadia Unit specializes in Alzheimer's and dementia care and is designed for persons in the middle stages of the disease, and has specialized programming by staff trained to address individual needs in a supportive, caring manner. Our specialty services include respite and short-term stay programs that give families the opportunity to take time off from the demands of caring for their loved ones at home.
