The center is conveniently located within eight miles of Wheeling, West Virginia, Ohio Valley Medical Center and East Ohio Regional Hospitals. Our center has earned a reputation for providing skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation. Our in-house therapists provide physical, occupational and speech therapies which combined with our nursing care, focuses on patients recovering from illness, injury or surgery. Heartland is dually certified for Medicare and Medicaid, and has contracts with several private health insurance companies.
